Park Lawn

Located steps from the hotel, at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, this outdoor lawn creates a unique and elegant setting for your ceremony with panoramic mountain views.

Ceremony accommodates up to 300 guests.

Wedding Deck

Nestled on the hillside, our Wedding Deck offers a more intimate feel. Surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers, and fresh mountain air, the Wedding Deck is a romantic place to say "I Do".

Ceremony accommodates up to 110 guests.

Crooked Hearth Patio

This scenic deck is located in a private area adjacent to our Crooked Hearth Room. The Patio allows for an outdoor ceremony in the winter months with gorgeous views of the snow covered mountains.

Reception Spaces

Sawatch Ballroom and Patio

For those looking for a versatile way to bring their wedding vision to life, our Sawatch Ballroom and Patio include indoor space with floor to ceiling windows and outdoor space with views of Beaver Creek Mountain. Host your cocktail hour on the patio and move indoors for the reception.

Reception accommodates up to 400 guests.
*space has the ability to be reduced into smaller sections for a more intimate setting

Gore Range Hall

Enjoy this intimate ballroom featuring beautiful antler chandeliers, fine wood paneling, a private outdoor patio and floor to ceiling windows overlooking Beaver Creek Village.

Reception accommodates up to 120 guests.

Crooked Hearth

Our Private Dining Room includes a wood burning fireplace that enhances the ambiance by adding a warm glow to French doors. This space opens to an adjoining outdoor patio with magnificent views of Beaver Creek Mountain. Adjacent to this space is our Billiards Room with its casual club style seating and views of Beaver Creek Village. The Billiards room can also be used as a unique location for cocktail hour or an after party.

Enhancements

Personal touches can enhance your wedding – From early morning yoga to late night snacks, to gift bags delivered to your guest rooms or s'mores outdoors with a glass of sparkling wine, allow our team to embellish your experience with customizable amenities to elevate your special day.

Guest Accommodations

A room block may be setup for guests attending your event. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the standard hotel rate will be offered. We will connect you with our rooms connection manager who will help you every step of the way. Indulge in one of our luxury suites with expansive views and additional amenities. Valet parking available.

Wedding Specialist

Of course when reserving your wedding here at the resort, you will be working very closely with your own personal wedding specialist who will guide you on the journey to your perfect day.

Tasting

With so many delicious custom menu options, it is hard to make a decision on what to eat on your big day. Luckily we provide a complimentary tasting of our delicious Wedding Menu Selections. This tasting would include you, your fiancé, and two additional guests a month prior to the big day.

Rehearsal Dinner

Entertain your closest friends and family in an elegant and intimate setting by having your rehearsal dinner or welcome reception in one of our private spaces. We will help you customize a menu in addition to other details, so you can concentrate on your upcoming big day.

Brunch Options

Enjoy a bridal brunch in the spa or create the perfect ending to the perfect weekend. Treat your overnight guests to breakfast the next day. Your wedding coordinator will arrange for a private room with dedicated waiters to serve your guests. This final touch will allow you to reminisce about the wedding and wish everyone farewell before you leave for your honeymoon.
